How did I get hired for a plum consulting role in Chile and all the HR roles here in Europe?

I don't know anyone who isn't insecure and suffering from low self-confidence at one point or another. I've had more than my share. I talk a lot about how COMPETENCE builds CONFIDENCE. Put the reps in, repeat. It will get better. And it does.
What does that mean??

Fast forward to 2021. Confidence is my Superpower!
Remember this: Confidence is learnt AND IS A JOURNEY.
Most people only share the β¬ moments and you think they were born confident and have never suffered from self-doubt.
